We offer tailor-made wine tastings: focused on local wines such as Nebbiolo from Valtellina (well-known for the heroic viticulture of its steep slopes), and the old vintages of Barolo.
At Belvedere Bellagio, our focus is on all-natural wines. The vigneron (winemakers) we choose to work with have a strong ethic about how to cultivate: no pesticides on the soils and no chemical additives in the wine cellar. Natural wines that perfectly express the terroir.
I, Giulia, know most of the small producers in the region. People like Pietro Selva who doesn’t have a dedicated tasting room, but welcomes me into his home as a friend.
I’m always fascinated with the way our region's producers speak about their wines and their passion for their job, the care they put in, and the fear that all might be lost to a hail storm. Our tastings are a chance to celebrate and showcase their love and enduring efforts.
