Local dishes are prepared with an appreciation for the season, the passion of a family cook, and the precision of a master-chef.
Floor-to-ceiling windows give every meal a view of the lake. In summer and good weather, eat al fresco on the terrace.
In the evening, three tasting menus are presented. The 'Tradizione' - a traditional offering. The 'Orrì' - based on the journey of Marco, our head chef, through Sardinia and into our surrounding mountains. And the ‘Breva’, available starting from mid June - an ambitious experimental menu named after the light winds of Lake Como and centered around fresh and seasonal vegetables. An à la carte menu is also available.
Alongside all, our sommelier Marcella offers a selection of champagnes and Italian and French natural wines.

In-house guests can lunch, from a different menu, by the pool or terrace until 5pm

Marco shares our taste for Italian cuisine with fusion influences. He focuses on enhancing raw ingredients in ways that avoid unnecessary noise and allow for concentration of flavor.
Marco's cooking leans into his upbringing in Sardinia, his time in New York and Korea, and his exploration of the lake’s and mountain’s food culture. Different menus take you along these different paths, with Lake Como always the starting point.
